Film Tracker is designed as a local media library for movies, series, videos, ratings, notes, favorites and viewing activity. The Service Provider does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal app use.

01Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Film Tracker mobile application and related services operated by Cezary Patryk Powala, referred to in this policy as the Service Provider.

02Information we collect

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and Film Tracker does not create a remote user profile.

03Information kept locally

Your media library, viewing activity, ratings, notes, favorites, status selections and app settings may be stored in the Application’s private storage on your device. This local information is not collected by the Service Provider.

04How local information is used

Local information is used only to provide Film Tracker features on your device, such as organizing titles, showing history, applying filters, displaying ratings, maintaining favorites and remembering settings.

05Network activity

If the Application is used while your device has an active internet connection, ordinary technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to support network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this information or use it for tracking.

06Location

Film Tracker does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

07Third parties

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share Film Tracker user data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

08Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain your Film Tracker personal data on external servers because the Application does not collect or upload that personal data through normal use. There is therefore no server-side retention period for your media library, ratings, notes, favorites, history, status changes, or settings. Any locally stored information remains on your device only for as long as you choose to keep it.

09Data Deletion

Because the Service Provider does not keep your Film Tracker personal data on external servers, there is normally no remote account or cloud profile to delete. You can delete individual local records using available in-app controls, clear activity history from Settings, clear the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstall the Application to remove locally stored app data under your control.

10Exporting your library

If you choose to export or share your library, the resulting file or text is handled through the destination or share mechanism you select. The Service Provider does not receive that exported content unless you intentionally send it to the Service Provider.

11Information you voluntarily provide

If you contact the Service Provider directly and voluntarily provide personal information outside normal app use, that information is separate from Film Tracker’s normal operation. You may request deletion of such information by contacting the Service Provider at the email address below.

12Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal app use.

13Security

Not collecting personal data on external servers reduces exposure, but no device or software environment can be guaranteed completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold outside normal app use.

14Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy with a revised effective date and, where required by law, obtaining consent before those changes take effect.

15Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside normal app use and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
